My order came 24 days after I placed the order, and Dolabuy service was quick to reply, after my 23-day inquiry, with tracking information so I could see where the bag was (it was literally at my local post office when I checked). Obsessed!! The bag is exactly as stated and the quality is great. Came in a dust bag, and had extra packaging round the strap for protection.
