The leather is soft and smooth, the quilting is flat and even, the hardware is shiny and heavy, and the clasp is easy to open and close. No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well.
